Robert Wilkinson is a negotiation and leadership specialist who helps organizations deal with complex negotiation, leadership and management challenges. He is on the faculty at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and he previously taught at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.

Rob has successfully supported numerous Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and international organizations to increase their effectiveness. He has worked extensively in Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe, with more than 25 years of experience in over 50 countries.

Clients include IBM, Chevron, Merck, General Mills, Fidelity Investments, Deloitte, Bank of America, Dell, PricewaterhouseCoopers, ExxonMobil, Johnson & Johnson, The World Bank, IMF, United Nations, CARE, the World Wildlife Fund and the White House, where he trained Presidential Appointees in negotiation and leadership.

Rob earned his Master of Science from Stanford University and Bachelor of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
